At Bansdroni Hridhi, we firmly believe that education is the most powerful tool to break the cycle of poverty. With this belief at heart, we initiated ESO SIKHI – a transformative educational support program aimed at uplifting underprivileged children through free tuition and holistic development.

Why ESO SIKHI?

In many families from economically weaker sections – including rickshaw pullers, daily wage workers, and laborers – the dream of quality education remains out of reach. Financial constraints often prevent parents from affording tuition or academic support, putting their children at a disadvantage from an early age.

To bridge this gap, the ESO SIKHI project was launched with a mission to ensure that no child is left behind due to economic hardship.

What We Offer

• • Free Tuition Support
    Regular classes in core subjects like Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and regional languages – completely free of cost.

  • Holistic Development
    Workshops, skill-building sessions, and personality development programs designed to nurture confidence, creativity, and communication skills.

  • Mentorship & Guidance
    A team of dedicated educators and volunteers serve as mentors, offering academic support and emotional encouragement to help students stay focused and motivated.

Since its inception, ESO SIKHI has positively impacted the lives of many students, helping them improve academically and grow as confident individuals ready to face the world. Our goal is not only to foster academic excellence but also to cultivate ambition, purpose, and self-worth.

ESO SIKHI Enrollment Update
Under the ESO SIKHI initiative,Our bansdroni centre having more than 130 students  enrolled from underprivileged communities. Out of these, 30 students are attending classes regularly, demonstrating consistent participation and a strong desire to learn. Our team continues to encourage and support all enrolled students to improve attendance and engagement through regular follow-ups and community interaction.
