In the case of an online donation, you will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes of donating and within 15 days, you will also receive a tax receipt on the email address provided .
For donations made by cheque / DD, you will receive a receipt by post within 45 days of your donation. The electronic copy of the donation receipt is the same as what will be sent by post and can be used for claiming tax benefits.

Yes, we accept money from corporates, but only if there is no potential ‘conflict of interest’. For instance, BANSDRONI HRIDHI does not accept money from pharmaceutical and extraction industries (such as gold and diamonds), alcohol and tobacco companies, arms manufacturers or industries. BANSDRONI HRIDHI does not accept contributions from corporations/industries and their respective corporate foundations whose core activities may be in direct conflict with the goals of the medical & humanitarian work of our organization or in any way limit BANSDRONI HRIDHI’s ability to provide humanitarian assistance.

It most certainly does. A small amount goes a long way. In fact, individuals’ contributions form almost 90-95% of our funds. Taken together, it is these seemingly small contributions that collectively add up to a large amount needed to effect change. There are people all over who are concerned about the situation of children and aged people and who want to do something to change it. However, their own commitments and pressures do not allow them to go out and directly work with children and uncared elderly. BANSDRONI HRIDHI provides them the opportunity to help in whatever way they can. They can contribute their money, materials, time, or skills. When everybody comes together and pitches in, no task is impossible. This COLLECTIVE ACTION has an impact and brings about change. Every individual’s contribution is important. This is the fundamental principle on which BANSDRONI HRIDHI functions.
